Our Story
Great things happen when potential is given a place to grow.
We believe every young adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserves the chance to shine. Every day, we work to create opportunities where they’ve historically been limited.
Across our diverse programs and social enterprises—including Rising Stars Academy, Gather + Grounds, Home Hub, Haney’s Family Restaurant, our Detroit Wing Co. franchise, Tiny Hills Golf Course, and the Don Campbell Memorial Bakery & RSAF Production Facility—we create meaningful pathways for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn, work, contribute and thrive within their community.
Your support powers this mission. With your gift, you help expand opportunities, sustain essential training programs and strengthen a network of inclusive businesses that change lives every day.
Together, we’re building a future where every individual has the chance to thrive.
